Want to control your minutes? REBOUND! A coach might tell you to shoot less. No coach will tell you to rebound less.
Shooting: Will fluctuate game by game, home game vs. road game, etc. Defense, rebounding, talking, running the floor: Should be consistent!
COACHES: Make conditioning workouts hard, but be practical. Instill toughness in your kids but be smart about it, especially in the heat.
PLAYERS: Since your season has been over have you: (Note – If the answer is “none of the above,” there’s a problem).
