Vote for Midwest Elite Basketball Athlete in National Three Point Championship

Ashley Deschampe of Cook County High School (MN) is a Finalist in Competition

Cook County (MN) High School star and multi-year Midwest Elite Basketball camper Ashley Deschampe is making progress in the American Family Insurance National 3-Point Championship. After a convincing win last week, Ashley, aka “Dish,” is one of 8 girls in the country remaining.

Ashley was nominated to compete in the initial field of 16 athletes for a chance to go to the Final Four and shoot on National Television. As one of the top players and three-point shooters in the state of Minnesota, Ashley submitted a video and her stats which led to her nomination.

“Midwest Elite Basketball has worked with Coach TJ Super’s Cook Country program each of the past three years. Ashley is a tremendous athlete and a great person. She puts countless hours in the gym and is always eager to take her game to the next level. This is a great opportunity for her to get national attention which will boost her recruiting and provide an opportunity of a lifetime,” Midwest Elite Basketball Co-Owner Craig Doty said.
