COACHES/PLAYERS: Tired of using a football blocking pad to blast/get blasted. Try using a yoga ball. It forces the offensive player to get even lower to absorb contact.

Upper Classmen: The impact you make on your program goes beyond this year’s wins, losses, and championships. 10-year old kids are watching you & emulating you. Fresh/Soph’s are learning how to practice/compete daily by you. You are changing the future for the better or the worse.
