PLAYERS: Don’t beat yourself up about the last play. Stay mentally strong, acknowledge what happened, and dominate the next possession.

PLAYERS: The offseason is all about growing yourself. However, once practice starts, it’s all about growing others. #Leadership
COACHES: Listen to yourself (and be realistic). You have to be able to tell yourself, “That wasn’t good enough; I need to do a better job.”
