Ancilla College MBB Practice Plan

“Every practice we have is high energy- high intensity. At this point in the year, we do not build in breaks and try to condition the guys  to be game ready. We incorporate at least 15 minutes of skill development a day. Most days we will get 20-30 minutes in during practice, and extra work outside of practice. We try to transition from offense to defense throughout practice. In our first few pre-season games getting off to a slow start has been the norm. Because of that, we have been starting practice with a defensive drill where we start every practice with each team having to get 5 stops in a row.” –Head Coach, Aaron Butcher
